سياسة الاسترجاع
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You can always contact us for any return question at support@junejoy.net.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping Fees Notice:
In case of a return or exchange, the refunded amount will be issued after deducting the return or exchange shipping fees.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged item or an error on our side.

نحن نوفر فترة استرجاع مدتها 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
لتكون مؤهلًا للاسترجاع، يجب أن يكون المنتج في نفس حالته الأصلية عند الاستلام: غير ملبوس أو مستخدم، مع وجود التيكيت والعبوة الأصلية.

المنتجات التالفة أو غير الصحيحة
يرجى فحص الطلب فور استلامه، والتواصل معنا فورًا إذا كان المنتج تالفًا، أو به عيب، أو إذا استلمت منتجًا خاطئًا، حتى نتمكن من حل المشكلة بسرعة.
الاستبدال
أسرع طريقة للحصول على منتج بديل هي إعادة المنتج الحالي، وبعد الموافقة على الاسترجاع، يمكنك عمل طلب شراء جديد للمنتج الذي تريده.
استرداد المبلغ
بمجرد استلامنا وفحص المنتج المرتجع، سنقوم بإبلاغك إذا تمت الموافقة على الاسترجاع.
في حالة الموافقة، سيتم رد المبلغ تلقائيًا إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 3 أيام عمل.
ملاحظة بخصوص رسوم الشحن:
في حالة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، يتم رد قيمة المنتج بعد خصم رسوم شركة الشحن الخاصة بعملية الإرجاع أو الاستبدال.
رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا في حالة وجود خطأ من جانبنا أو استلام منتج تالف
